CANCELLATION POLICY: Deposits are NON-REIMBURSABLE in the event of CANCELLATION, regardless of advance notice. Cancellations upon arrival for set up or during/after setup will require full rental payment; the deposit is non-refundable.

In the event of unfavorable weather conditions involving rain and wind, any decision to postponed, you may have the opportunity to utilize all or a portion of your deposit towards a rescheduled event that is arranged promptly, subject to our discretion. Any rescheduled event is subject to the availability of activities at the time of notification of postponement.

In case customer chooses not to reschedule due to weather conditions involving rain and wind the deposit will be reimbursed if its cancel within 24 hrs.  

REMAINING BALANCE: If you only paid the deposit for your rentals, the remaining balance is due by cash upon delivery.  

GRASS: Please be sure to have your grass cut no later than the day before we set up.  

TABLES & CHAIRS: Our crew does not typically set them up otherwise we get behind on other deliveries. We’ll stack the tables and chairs for you and would appreciate it if you had them stacked the same way when we pick up.  

TENTS: Tents are typically set up one day in advance, unless the venue is a park, in which case setup occurs on the same day.  

SPACE: Please measure your set up area to make sure everything will fit as we cannot be responsible if there’s not enough room for the rentals you selected.

POWER: You are responsible for ensuring that there are enough power outlets (and power) within 50 feet of your set up area. If you are renting a bounce house typically 1 regular wall outlet will do the job.
SPRINKLERS: We are not responsible for any damage to sprinkler systems on the property due to stakes or staking. If you have a sprinkler system please let us know where not to stake.

PARKS: If your event is at a park, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the proper permits to have a bounce house. Most parks require a general permit and a special use permit for inflatables, generators, tents, etc. Verify this info with the park and make sure we are listed as a vendor on their vendor list if we are not please let us know.

GENERATORS: We deliver our generator rentals filled with gas as a courtesy. You are responsible for checking the gas level every hour and adding more gas if needed. (Generator will last about 6 hours)

LEAVING EQUIPMENT: Equipment cannot be left unattended. You will be liable for any theft or damage that occurs to the equipment if it is left unattended and your damage waiver will be void (if applicable). This also means that if your event is at a park, you cannot leave the park before we pickup the equipment.

Deliveries window time: Deliveries are scheduled between 7:00 AM and 12:00 noon. You will receive a text message notification one day in advance indicating your estimated time of arrival (ETA). On the day of delivery, the driver will send you another text message with the exact ETA (delivery time).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • Deposits: All deposits are non-reimbursable in the event of cancellation, regardless of advance notice.
  • Cancellation Upon Arrival or During/After Setup: Full rental payment is required. The deposit remains non-refundable.
  • Weather Conditions:
    • Rain and Wind: If you choose to postpone due to unfavorable weather conditions involving rain and wind, you may utilize all or a portion of your deposit toward a rescheduled event, provided it is arranged promptly and subject to our discretion. The rescheduled event will be dependent on the availability of activities at the time of notification of postponement.
    • If You Choose Not to Reschedule: If you decide not to reschedule due to weather conditions, the deposit will be refunded if the cancellation occurs within 24 hours.

REMAINING BALANCE:

  • If only a deposit has been paid, the remaining balance is due in cash upon delivery.
  • Card Payments: If paying by card, a 3% fee will be applied to the remaining balance.

DELIVERY TIME:

  • Time Window: Delivery time is set at booking. The exact time will be provided the day before your event.
  • Specific Time Requests: A $75 fee applies for delivery at a specific time outside the scheduled window.
  • ETA Changes: Once the estimated time of arrival (ETA) is sent the day before, we cannot accommodate changes to the delivery time. This is because we plan our delivery routes based on the ETAs provided. Any changes would disrupt our route schedule and impact other deliveries.

TABLES & CHAIRS:

  • Provided only with jumper or slide rentals. Cancellation of these rentals means tables and chairs will not be delivered.

TENTS:

  • Tents are usually set up the day before the event, except in parks where setup is on the same day.

SPACE:

  • Ensure your setup area is measured to accommodate the rentals. We are not responsible for insufficient space.

POWER:

  • You must ensure there are adequate power outlets (within 50 feet of the setup area). Typically, one regular wall outlet suffices for a bounce house.

SPRINKLERS:

  • We are not liable for damage to sprinkler systems due to staking. Inform us of sprinkler locations to avoid.

PARKS:

  • You must obtain the necessary permits for inflatables, generators, tents, etc., at parks. Verify this with the park and ensure we are listed as a vendor. Inform us if we are not.

GENERATORS:

  • Generators are delivered with gas. You must check the gas level every hour and refill as needed. Generators last approximately 6 hours.

LEAVING EQUIPMENT:

  • Equipment must not be left unattended. You are liable for theft or damage if the equipment is left unattended, which voids any damage waiver. This applies to park events as well.

DELIVERY WINDOWS:

RENTAL PROBLEMS:

  • If there is an issue with anything that was delivered for your event.  It must be brought to our attention immediately.  Please contact us by phone or text at 657-318-9359 and/or contact your delivery driver.
  • If we are not contacted the same day for an issue with any equipment it is assumed it is in working condition and we will not provide a refund.
